For sale is this 1909 Lincoln head “wheat penny” encased in a metal ring that advertises a Chicago furniture company.Diameter is about an inch and 1/4. Embossed on the Lincoln side of the coin it reads: “Keep Me & Always Have Money”. On the “tails” side of the metal ring it says: “Fred E. McCready – Wholesale Furniture – 1319 Michigan Ave., Chicago”. Coin and  casing are in good shape. This was most likely a salesman sample or advertising gimmick in the early part of the 20th century.
