I use eBay International Standard Delivery for most items. Wait for my (not eBay’s) invoice — if I can offer less expensive shipping than listed below I will give that option on my invoice or on inquiry only. Please consider shipment to a U.S. address / friend for consolidation. Rates for shipments under $400:

International Sales over $400 — Varies – A minimum of $26.50 via International Priority Mail which meets the eBay seller protection standards. In some limited cases registered mail may be required ($14 + postage); ask all shipping questions before bidding.
